Central Iowa is hard on refrigeration twice a year in opposite directions. July dew points in the seventies dump moisture onto every evaporator coil and load rooftop condensers past what a dry-climate spec assumes — door heaters, defrost timing and drain lines all get tested at once. Then January runs subzero and the same drain that sweated all summer freezes solid overnight, and a small condensate problem becomes a sheet of ice on the floor before the doors open. We set and service equipment for both halves of the Iowa year.
