Cold vaults, walk-ins and beverage equipment across Reno, Sparks and the I‑80 corridor.

Our northern Nevada team runs the Truckee Meadows and the Carson Valley — refrigeration first, then HVAC, ice and kitchen equipment. One local crew, not a subcontractor chain.

On The Ground In Northern Nevada
We have technicians living and working in northern Nevada. A Reno call is not routed to a partner or driven in from another state — it goes to an SRV tech with a stocked vehicle who is already in the market. Northern Nevada has added distribution, industrial and food-service square footage faster than the contractor base that services it, and that gap is why a lot of operators here wait days for a refrigeration tech. Our customers do not.
High desert is hard on equipment in ways a spec sheet doesn't warn you about. Summer afternoons run hot and bone dry, which drives head pressure up while dust loads condenser coils faster than a quarterly cleaning schedule assumes. Winter brings inversions, freeze-thaw cycles and the occasional storm off the Sierra. The units that survive here are the ones somebody actually looks at between failures.
What We Service In Nevada
01
Walk-in coolers and freezers, display cases, reach-ins, parallel racks, prep tables and low-temp systems. Northern Nevada's dry heat hides a struggling condenser until the day it doesn't, so we diagnose against actual readings rather than what the unit sounds like.
02
Packaged rooftop units, split systems, make-up air, exhaust and controls. A Reno rooftop swings from triple digits in July to hard freezes in January, and the dust between those seasons is what actually ends most units early. We service for the climate, not the catalog.
03
Commercial ice machines and bins — cubers, flakers, nuggets and remote condensers. Hard water and high ambient temperatures are the two things that kill ice production here, and both are maintenance problems long before they become replacement problems.
04
Cook line, prep line and beverage — ovens, fryers, ranges, holding cabinets, dish machines and dispensing systems, handled by the same crew that services your refrigeration and HVAC.

Why SRV In Nevada
We are measured on whether your equipment was running when the doors opened, not on hours billed.
Refrigeration-first training and continued technical development — northern Nevada gets the same bench as our oldest markets.
You hear what was found, what was done and what's coming next — in writing, while it's still a maintenance item.
Find the real fault, carry the part, close the call the first time. A return trip is something we absorb, not something we invoice.

Northern Nevada Service Areas
Plus the surrounding northern Nevada communities, from the Truckee Meadows out along I‑80 and south through the Carson Valley.
A note on the photography, not the coverage: our northern Nevada crews are still building a field-photo set, and we won't fill the gap with images from another market. The one photo on this page was taken on a Reno rooftop.
An emergency tonight, a portfolio across northern Nevada, or a PM program you want run properly — start with a conversation.
